Leonard Orr is the founder of Rebirthing Breathwork – a Conscious Connected Breathing technique that enables us to breathe energy as well as air.
In the late 1970s, Leonard went to India in search of immortal yogis. They had to be at least 300 years in the same body to qualify for his research. He has met eight of them so far and studied their lifestyle to find out what made them immortal.

Leonard's main form of teaching is a 9 day training that takes place in countries all over the world. The participants get a sense of what it feels like to have a clean and balanced Energy Body through practices with the elements – Earth, Air, Water and Fire – the secrets of the immortal yogis. Working with the mind and tools for healing the emotional mind are also included.
Leonard has written many books on physical immortality, psychology, body mastery and the immortals, as well as democracy, money and business.
